Hosterminal (Saggeries Infotech)

Effective Date: July 2021

Hosterminal (after this referred to as “Saggeries Infotech”) provides web hosting to clients worldwide, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available. Hosterminal Provides Shared, Reseller, Master Reseller, and Alpha Reseller Hosting Plans. All clients of Hosterminal are subject to the following terms of service & FUP policy.

1. Other Policy and Agreements

Use of the Services is also governed by the following policies. By using the Services, you also agree to these policies:

  • Privacy Policy
  • Acceptable Use Policy
  • Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

2. Acceptable Use Policy

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Any material in our judgment that is obscene, threatening, or prohibited will be removed from our servers with or without notice. Failure to respond to an email from our abuse department within 48 hours may result in the suspension or termination of your services. No refunds will be provided.

Prohibited Actions:
  • Harm to Minors: Strictly forbidden. Immediate termination.
  • Free Domains: .tk, .ga, etc. require approval.
  • Courier Sites: Not allowed without verification.
  • Sanctions: No services for Iran, Cuba, Syria.

Resource Limits: 100% CPU, 1GB RAM per cPanel. Long-running queries prohibited.

Mailing Policy: Limit 50 Mails Per Hour. Spamming = Immediate Suspension.

Strictly Prohibited: Topsites, ponzi schemes, crypto miners, bots, mail bombers, brute force scripts, illegal pharma, warez, phishing, gambling.

3. Billing and Refunds

Domains, VPS, and Dedicated Servers are non-refundable.

  • Shared Hosting: 48-hour Moneyback Guarantee.
  • VPS: Refunds only for unresolvable hardware/network issues within 48 hours.
  • Refunds take 7-8 working days.

4. Late Payments

Suspension on day 1 after due date. Termination on day 30.

Late Fee: 10% added to invoice if not paid before suspension.

5. Resellers

We suspend the site and notify you. Multiple infractions result in account termination without refund.

6. Direct Customers

Ensure scripts are secure (chmod 755). Violations result in termination.

7. Shared Hosting Policies

No file storage/sharing/backup storage allowed. Max 2GB Email storage per cPanel.

8. Reseller Client Responsibility

You support your clients. Providing Free Hosting via Reseller plans is prohibited.

9. Zero Tolerance Spam Policy

Unsolicited email/bulk email results in immediate termination.

10. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

Users may not use 20% or more system resources for >90s, run daemons/bots, run web spiders, torrents, or cronjobs < 15min.

"Unlimited" means no set cap for legitimate website usage, not storage.

11. Shared Environment

We reserve the right to suspend accounts abusing CPU, RAM, IO, or IOPS.

12. Backups and Data Loss

Disclaimer: Backups are NOT GUARANTEED. Maintain your own backups.
Restoration Fee: 999 INR (Non-refundable).

14. Cancellation & Refunds

Abuse towards support staff (Live chat/Ticket/WhatsApp) results in termination with no refund.

15. Coupons

First-time customers only. Abuse leads to suspension.

16. Licenses

Licenses provided by us must be used on our servers only.

17. Jurisdiction

Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Hosterminal is not responsible for business damages. Policies may change without notice.
